Hi, I'm having a problem with my desktop and not sure if a reinstall of Windows is gonna have to happen. spybot was the last Program that was run, and it asked if changes could be made. I ignored or thought I did the questions. now when trying to run a system restore, browse the web or write e-mail, nothing happens. Using a Dell with a thirty gig hard drive, Windows XP and Window-Eyes 7.2 along with Avast. Please help asap! SilkyGirl

this is why you have to make sure you read it first before just hitting ignore.
what happens when you try running system restore. also, did you try removing spybot?

I recommend trying system restore on safe mode. with the help of a sighted person.

She doesn't give enough detail, maybe just getting a sighted person to read whats on the screen would be simpler?
